Visual exam
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections due to the high hill chardonnay. The perlage is fine, rich and persistent.

Olfactory examination
The scent expresses a set of sweet scents, such as vanilla, yeast and ripe fruit.

Taste exam
Thick taste, rich, with good flavor and structure, fragrant, creamy, with a persistent finish and a balance between the elements of taste.

Grapes
Pinot nero and Chardonnay.

Winemaking
The must, coming from a soft pressing, is partly fermented in barriques and subsequently decanted and stored in steel tanks until the time of preparation of the cuvée and of the subsequent draft.

Sparkling method
It is the Classic Traditional Method, with a fermentation duration of about 40 days in the bottle and subsequent rest in the cellar for 18 months.

Refinement
Aging on natural yeasts for at least 18 months in the cool cellars of Casa Gancia.

Storage
The ideal cellar for storing wine must have a temperature between 11-15 ° C, there should be no temperature changes. Low power and never neon lighting. Humidity around 65-70%. Avoid storing other foods with intense and penetrating flavors and aromas.
