Moscato Bianco di Canelli
The hand-picked grapes are transferred to the cellar and immediately pressed in a soft way. The must undergoes a natural decantation, to then be filtered and maintained at a temperature of zero degrees. The must is then left to ferment in small pressure vessels with the addition of selected yeasts.
It goes perfectly with jams and fruit pies, paradise cake, panettone, dove and apple charlotte.

The ideal cellar for storing wine must have a temperature between 11-15 ° C, there should be no temperature changes. Avoid storing other foods with intense and penetrating flavors and aromas.
